I was running my L190 and it just died. Checked the basics and discovered no 12v to fuel pump. Change a few relays and after 20 min (cooled down) the 12 v was present at the pump and started. Let idol for 20 min. Shit off and attempted to restart no 12v at pump. Waited 20/30 min, 12v back at the pump.

Since you're loosing power to the pump, I'm going to assume it's an overheating problem with the relays. The best way to do this is to let the tractor die and immediately try to bypass the relays and run the pump off the battery. If it works, then it's a relay problem, if it doesn't it's probably a pump problem. You could also check the ground as well. It's not uncommon to cause these kinds of problems.

A relay or wiring heating up and cutting out maybe?
Do try to check the ignition relay and connections, bet it's losing contact when it gets warm.

yeah, intermittent problems like this are a real pain, but they're usually heat related. one tip for OP is to check ALL the relays. don't just focus on the fuel pump relay. Sometimes, a relay that provides power to the fuel pump's circuit can be the issue.
While the engine is running, OP can carefully touch the relays to see if one is significantly hotter than the others. That's usually a dead giveaway
