Stalls after running a few minutes

I've got a New Holland T5.105 that's been running fine until recently after running low on diesel, it started losing power. I refueled, but now it fires up, runs for a couple of minutes at any RPM, and then stalls. As you'd expect (or not) 've already gone through the basics, I've drained and partially checked the fuel water separator, replaced the fuel filter, and primed the system to get rid of any air, the air filter has also been cleaned
The engine struggles to fire up slowly and after some attempts before it finally fires, almost like it's struggling to prime the fuel. Once it starts, it sounds normal for a short while before cutting out.

Sounds like classic air in the fuel line after running low. Even though you primed, sometimes the injector pump still has bubbles trapped. I'd crack the injector lines at the head and bleed them while cranking. Pain in the neck, but I've seen that fix the exact same issue.

It seems like leftover air or debris might still be messing with the fuel delivery. You should check for any clogged injector lines, take a look at the lift pump to see if the pressure is weak, and make sure the tank vent isn’t blocked. Also, double-check that the fuel solenoid is working correctly, an occasional cutoff could indicate an issue there.
