Is there a manual out there that show how to disassemble a steering ram off a 2007 tn60a? I have the new seal kit but can't figure out how to remove it from the cylinder

Yes, there's a TN60A service manual that covers steering cylinder disassembly. Generally, you'll need to take off the gland nut using a spanner wrench, and then you can press out the piston assembly. The seal kit will come with installation instructions as well.

yeah, the biggest hurdle is usually that gland nut. If you don't have a spanner wrench, it's worth investing in a good adjustable or custom made one for your cylinder's pin holes.
Don't use a hammer and chisel that will just mar up the nut and make it even harder to get off, plus you risk damaging the cylinder.
A good spanner wrench will give you the torque you need without ruining the part
