Your most random 'why do I still have this?’ item

I stumbled upon a broken tape measure in my drawer last week, seriously, why is it still hanging around? What’s the strangest thing you’ve got lying around?

I totally get it, those 'why is this still here?' items really do catch us off guard. For me it’s probably that old remote that doesn’t even have a TV to go with it anymore. It just sits there like it’s holding out hope for a reunion that’s never going to happen.
