I’ve kept an old socket set from my very first job in the shop. It’s a bit scratched up, but it’s still as dependable as ever, and it’s come to my rescue more times than I can remember whether it’s for trucks, bikes, or just random repairs. Tools have their own stories to tell, don’t they? So, what’s your go-to non-tractor tool, and what makes it special to you?

My favorite tool that's not for tractors is this old adjustable wrench I bought when I was just starting out. It's been through a lot trucks, motorcycles, even some accidents in the shop. It’s got marks all over, and the handle’s worn smooth, but it's the one tool I can always trust when nothing else works. Every time I pick it up, it reminds me of everything I've done.

Got these pliers when I was working in Nevada, and I took them everywhere. I've used them to bend wire, yank nails, and even fix fences. They're still the first thing I grab 'cause they always get the job done.
