New Holland DEF pros & cons

Time to discuss DEF on New Hollands. What’s the real deal? Are they reliable, or are you running into some problems? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

I ran a New Holland with DEF for a couple seasons, and it was pretty solid. The only thing that went wrong was a sensor acting up when I was harvesting.

My old machine's DEF system wasn't a fan of the cold, so I had to put a heater on it to keep it going. Ever since then, I've been careful to get it ready for winter.

I’ve been lucky, though. I've been using DEF on my New Holland for more than a year, and I haven't had any problems, just did the normal upkeep.
