One of my best days? Easy. It was the day we wrestled that hay wagon out of the mud. It was hard work, but we finally got the job done.

I'll always remember when a calf squeezed through the fence while we were trying to fix it. We spent, like, half the afternoon trying to catch it in the pasture, but we eventually got him back where he belonged. By the end, everyone was cracking up.

When I first started out, a storm came up right in the middle of the harvest. I thought we were finished, but us guys worked together, stayed late, and saved most of the field. To say I was tired is an understatement, but it showed me how important teamwork is – to this day.
