Thanksgiving leftover sandwich hack

Once Thanksgiving rolls around I get excited about crafting a sandwich loaded with turkey a hint of horseradish and any leftover sides I can find. What’s your go-to method for dealing with leftovers?

I usually turn leftovers into a big turkey soup learned it from my grandma, and it warms everyone up.

I just pile everything on one plate and reheat did that in college when I had no time, and it stuck.
