I've been looking at buying a Boomer TC33 that's about 550 miles away, but I need to know the ground clearance with the mid-mount mower lifted all the way up. I'm trying to figure out if it will load onto a trailer I would still need to rent. Does anyone happen to know the clearance?

The Boomer TC33 usually has about 14in of ground clearance, but with the mid mount mower lifted up , the clearance might be less or vary a bit. To be sure it'll fit on your trailer, its best to get the exact height from the seller or check the manual. That way, you'll know if you need to rent a bigger trailer or not.

I don't have the exact number, but the 14in sounds about right. In the meantime, have you checked the owner's manual or spec sheet? Sometimes they list clearance with attachments. Also, what kind of trailer are you considering? Ramp angle might make a big difference too.

With the mower fully raised you're looking at around 12 to about 14″ clearance. It should load fine on most trailers, but I'd ask the seller to measure just to be sure

The TC33 itself has about 14" clearance, but with the mid mount mower raised it'll be less since the deck still hangs down, measure from the ground to the lowest point of the deck so you know if your trailer will work

I agree with @T.grady. 14in is the standard ground clearance so that measurement is without he mid-mount mower attached. The deck's linkage will limit the clearance, so you're likely looking at around 8-9 inches of clearance. If you're worried about ramp angles, you'll be much better off unhooking the mower deck before you load it. It's an easy job and you can throw the deck on the trailer separately to be safe.
