Slew system clunking how do you differentiate normal play from a problem

While I was moving dirt with my NH tractor,
I noticed a clunk in the slew and wasn’t sure if it was just some typical slack or if it needed my attention.

@Trailhead The best way to tell is to get the weight off the system. Use your stabilizers and loader to lift the machine slightly, then extend the boom halfway and have someone give it a firm shake from the side

If you see the slew post lifting or shifting more than a fraction of an inch at the pins, your bushings are likely shot. if it’s just a noise with no visible movement, it might just be dry
