I have a 2008 New Holland TC30 with 955 hours that is leaking about 2 quarts of hydraulic fluid every 7 hours
I’m a former small engine mechanic, so I’m ready to dig in. I just want to avoid splitting the tractor if possible.
the fluid is leaking from the cotter pin weep hole and across the split joint.
I remember seeing a post about a leaking Oring that could be replaced from the outside, but I can’t find it now.

It seems weird that it’s coming from both spots at once.
has anyone dealt with a TC30 hydraulic leak like this?
is there a no split fix for these Orings, or do I need to do a major teardown?

don't fix that leak from the outside, because it’s probably coming from a few different spots

Go and grab the service manual. once you’ve had a chance to look over the diagrams and get a feel for the layout, come back with your questions.
the answers will be a lot easier to follow once you've seen the inside of the machine

I think the O-ring you mentioned could really be the issue and you might be able to replace it without having to split the tractor apart.
Take a look around the hydraulic connections and seals near the cotter pin.
A friend of mine had similar leaks and they were able to fix it just by swapping out the O-ring
