Inherited 5600 trying to pin down build year

Hey, I just got a New Holland 5600 with the code 1M07B. I've been searching online, but I am getting different answers about what year it is. Does anyone actually know the right year this model was made? Thanks!

The old blue 5600s are some of the finest tractors Ford ever put together. The first number stands for the last digit of the year, so yours is a 1981 model. That letter M is for the month of December and the 07 is the day it was assembled. It appears that you have a machine built on the day shift of December 7, 1981. How is the old tractor running these days?
