Hydraulic performance specialty vs. utility tractors

I've been operating both a New Holland Specialty tractor and a regular utility tractor, and I've seen a noticeable difference in their hydraulic response. Has anyone else looked into the flow rates or lifting capabilities of the two?

Yeah, I've seen that the special models usually have slower flow, but you get way better control. Regular tractors lift quicker, but they can feel a bit clunky.
