You know those moments during the holidays when the same old tractor tales come up? The breakdowns, the repairs, the good laughs it's like a tradition! This thread is all about sharing those unforgettable family tractor stories that just stick with us.

Our favorite holiday tractor story is about the time we attempted to plow after a big storm, and the tractor conked out halfway down the lane. I spent what felt like an eternity in the cold trying to get it going again while everyone else sipped hot drinks on the porch. Eventually, it sputtered back to life, and now we retell the story every year like it’s some heroic winter rescue.

In my family, the classic story is about the time we tried to start an old tractor after it had been sitting all winter. It coughed, backfired, and let out a cloud of smoke that scared the dog. We still joke about “reviving the beast” during every holiday gathering.

Every holiday, someone brings up that time our old tractor lost a tire right in the middle of a snowy driveway. I was behind the wheel, of course. It still cracks us up every year.
