Getting back to work or still on break?

I finished up most of my tasks before Christmas, so I’ve been taking it easy lately. I’m interested to hear how everyone else is faring are you back to the farm work, or are you managing to squeeze in a bit more downtime?

I got most of my chores done early, so I'm really taking my time and enjoying a slower pace. Last year, I jumped right back into work the day after Christmas, so I'm making the most of this downtime while it lasts.

I’m gradually getting back into the swing of things. I took a couple of days off after Christmas because last winter I worked too hard and ended up burned out. I’m doing some light farm work now, but nothing too intense yet.

I’m still savoring this downtime while I have it. Once January rolls around, things will pick up again, and I've learned a few years back how important it is to appreciate this quiet period when it comes.
