Having a weird power issue with the CX8080. It's randomly bogging down hard under light load changes (RPM dipping from 2100 down to 1700 or lower).
Already changed the fuel filters. We keep getting weird air filter warnings, but swapping the sensor seems like a long shot.
Has anyone seen this before? Injector issue? Bad turbo response? Before we tear into the fuel system, what's your best guess?

Also, could a clogged DEF filter cause this kind of weird, intermittent power loss on my combine?

Check the sensor connections and intake hoses for leaks because clogged DEF filter usually won’t cause immediate RPM dips, but if the system goes into derate mode it could limit power

Take a look at your EGR valve and intake manifold for any carbon buildup that could be blocking airflow. If you’re experiencing occasional power loss and drops in RPM, it’s likely due to the EGR sticking or a dirty intake, which can impact turbo boost response, particularly when there are changes in load.
