I am new to this forum. I am located at in Leavenworth, Kansas. 24 year military retired. I have a 2097 New Holland C175. Looking forward to learning and seeing if I can help someone out. I currently replaced my electronic fuel pump, worked great for about two weeks and now my skid-steer will crank, but will not start, but the electronic fuel pump is working correctly, because it is pumping fuel at the end of the hose. So, I am stuck like chuck. Although, it’s making the same symptoms, after cranking the hydraulic and oil light come on. Any ideas, on my new Introduction ti this forum? Soldier for life.
 
Good morning all. I have an issue with my 2007 C175 New-Holland skid steer. I just replaced the electronic fuel pump and everything was working fine. Now my skid-steer cranks, but will not start. I replaced both fuel filters two months ago for my regular hourly service. The fuel pump is working properly. I open the cockpit at the bottom of the fuel filter and is pumping fuel accordingly through both the in-line fuel filter and secondary fuel filter. I made sure that both fuel filters are full. Glow plugs are less than two months old. All fluid levels are correct. After I finish starting it, the hydraulic and oil lights are displayed, which were the reason why I replaced my electronic fuel pump. The Electronic fuel pump was not pumping fuel out, I made sure of that. Can someone please assist. Thank you all and God Bless you all.

Disclaimer, I do not have your specific model, I have the NH L785, so older and simpler, just like me.

Any smoke while cranking?

If no smoke, i would guess an air bubble or debris in the fuel line.

Are you able to bleed the injectors?

If you can bleed them, ie fuel comes out, bleed them all and try again.

Although unlikely, if you cannot bleed them, suspect debris between the 1st injector and the pump (since you have fuel at the pump)

In that case you may have to remove the blocked section of fuel line to blow it out.

I had this happen on my machine, ended up working my way backwards from the injector rail to each fitting (cracked the fitting, checked for fuel) until I found fuel flow to identify the section of line that needed to be cleaned out.

If none of this works, then I would start to suspect injector issues, while simultaneously beating my head against a wall.

Thank you so much for the information provided. I did not wanted to crack on the Injectors, although, I did had a feeling it had to be part of the Injectors, since the fuel pump was working properly. I will crank into the Injectors and see what I find. I will post my results. God Bless you all.

If it is anything like mine, you can bleed them at the injectors without having to actually touch the injectors themselves.

Pulled this off the internet:
To bleed the injectors on a New Holland C175, start by ensuring the engine is off and the ignition key is removed. Then, locate the bleeder screws on the injectors, loosen them slightly, and use the hand pump to push fuel through until you see a steady stream of fuel without air bubbles, then tighten the screws back up.

No idea how accurate this is.
