2004 New Holland LS 170 Coolant Light On

Hey guys, I have a 2004 New Holland LS 170. I was using it the other day and heard a beeping and looked up at the screen and noticed the red coolant warning light was on and the temp was around 212. I shut it off and put a new thermostat in it and temp sensor. Now when I turn it on, the engine temp shows on the display screen and the yellow coolant light stays on. Temp is fine, but light won't go off

The red indicates a critical temperature; yellow typically signifies a low coolant level. Focus on the coolant level sensor, often a float switch located in the overflow reservoir, as this part is commonly prone to failure. Less often, a stored fault code from the overheat event must be cleared from the computer. Have you checked the wiring and connector for the reservoir and is the tank filled to the correct level?
