Hey, those big tractors sure drink a lot of fuel. I'm wondering what tricks everyone uses to save some gas. Maybe engine tweaks, how you handle your tools, or even tire picks and driving habits? What's been the best for you?

To cut down on rolling resistance, keep your tire pressure just right and use radial tires. Also, when you can, run at lower RPMs and time things, so there's less drag. Tuning your engine and keeping your filters clean can really help too.

Try to cut down on wasted time, get the correct ballast, and make sure your implement width is right for the job, less overlap saves fuel.
