Best loader attachments for hay and material handling

Just curious, what front-end loader attachments are you guys using for hay work and general material handling? Are grapples, spears, or buckets your top choices? I’m interested in hearing what setup has worked best for you!

I've found that using a spear works best for handling bales, while a grapple is great for cleanup. A bucket is useful, but it tends to be slower for tasks specifically related to hay.
